Your account will be deactivated immediately, and any active subscription is canceled right away. You'll lose access to any reading, coaching, or other service you haven't used yet, so make sure everything you've paid for has been delivered first. Your invoices are kept for seven years, including your name and email, because United States tax law requires a sale record to identify who it was made to. After that we remove your name and email from them too, leaving only what was sold and for how much. Everything else is deleted now. If you've been matched with someone, they'll see that you've deleted your account rather than your match simply disappearing. You have 7 days to change your mind — simply sign back in during that window to restore your account. After 7 days, everything (profile, photos, matchmaking data, Oracle Companion conversations) is permanently deleted.
