Coaching & Mentorship Agreement

1. Here to Support You — Not a Therapy Replacement

Coaching and mentorship services provided through Divine Pair — including sessions with Ruth, Yoseph, Lauriana, or any other practitioner, and interactions with the Oracle Companion AI — exist to support your growth, clarity, and decision-making. They are not therapy, counseling, medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, or financial advice, and are not intended to replace those services when you need them. Practitioners are not licensed therapists, physicians, psychologists, attorneys, or financial advisors acting in that capacity through this service, regardless of any credentials they may separately hold. Coaching may be for one person or for a couple attending together, depending on the package you purchase.

No practitioner or the Oracle Companion will diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any trauma, illness, injury, or mental-health condition. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, medical emergency, or need professional treatment, this service is not an appropriate substitute — see Section 8 below.

What you share with your practitioner is kept private. Full details are in Section 7, but the short version: your information is not shared outside your coaching relationship except in the limited circumstances described there.

2. Your Responsibility, No Guaranteed Outcome

You remain solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes in your life, relationships, health, finances, and career — whether or not they follow guidance received through coaching, mentorship, or the Oracle Companion. Divine Pair does not guarantee healing, relationship success, marriage, reconciliation, career advancement, financial outcome, or any other specific result. Numerology and astrology are offered as reflective and guidance tools, not predictions of certain outcomes.

3. The Package You Purchased

Your order confirmation states the exact package purchased (for example: a single session, a 3-session package, a 5-session package, or a recurring monthly subscription), whether it's for one person or a couple attending together, the length and delivery method of each session (in-person, video call, phone, or asynchronous messaging), and — for session packages — the expiration window in which sessions must be used. Unused sessions in a multi-session package that expire unused are handled per the refund policy in Section 6 below.

4. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Sessions are booked through the Divine Pair self-serve booking system. You may reschedule a confirmed session subject to your practitioner's minimum notice window (shown at time of booking). Arriving more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session may be treated as a no-show at the practitioner's discretion, forfeiting that session. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the practitioner declining to reschedule further sessions in your package without a refund for the forfeited session(s).

5. Messaging Support

Some coaching packages and the Oracle Companion subscription include messaging access between sessions, as stated in your order confirmation. Where included, messaging is not available for emergencies (see Section 8) and does not guarantee a specific response time — typical response windows are shown on the relevant product page and may vary. Messaging support is not a substitute for scheduled sessions and may be limited or discontinued if used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

We want you to feel secure investing in this work. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with reasonable advance notice (see Section 4) don't count against your package and don't require a separate refund request.

If you cancel a multi-session package partway through: unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund. Refund requests are reviewed case by case — we look at how many sessions were completed, the reason you're stopping, and the value already delivered, rather than applying one rigid formula to every situation. To request a refund for unused sessions, contact us at connect@divinepair.life and we'll work with you in good faith.

If Divine Pair or the practitioner ends the engagement early: if a practitioner becomes unavailable or Divine Pair otherwise ends the engagement before all purchased sessions are delivered, you will receive a full refund for the undelivered portion of your package, or a credit toward a different practitioner if you'd prefer that instead.

7. Confidentiality

What you share in a coaching or mentorship session is kept private and is not shared outside your coaching relationship, except: (a) where you give written permission to share it, (b) where disclosure is required by law (such as a valid subpoena or court order), or (c) where a practitioner reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or another person — including, without limitation, credible indication of intent to harm yourself or someone else, or of a child or vulnerable adult being abused or at risk.

For couples coaching: information shared during joint sessions is naturally part of the shared work and may be discussed openly between both partners. If either partner shares something with the practitioner individually — for example, in a private conversation outside a joint session — and asks that it not be passed on to their partner, the practitioner will use their professional judgment about whether and how to handle that request. This is not a guarantee of confidentiality from one partner to the other; couples should discuss their expectations directly with the practitioner before any individual conversation happens.

8. Emergencies and Crisis Situations

Divine Pair coaching, mentorship, energy-work sessions, and the Oracle Companion are not equipped to respond to emergencies and are not monitored in real time outside of scheduled sessions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, a mental-health crisis, or thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, do not wait for a session or a message reply — contact your local emergency number, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact a crisis line in your country (for example, 988 in the United States, or Eran 1201 in Israel). Divine Pair is not liable for any delay in your receiving appropriate emergency care.

9. Ownership of Materials

Any worksheets, written frameworks, exercises, or recordings provided to you as part of a coaching package remain the intellectual property of Divine Pair and/or the practitioner who created them. You may use them for your own personal purposes but may not resell, redistribute, or publish them without written permission.

10. Recording

Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly stated on the product page or agreed in writing beforehand. If a session is recorded, both you and the practitioner must consent before recording begins, and the recording will only be used for the purpose disclosed to you at that time (for example, so you can review the session afterward).

11. Not an NDA or Non-Compete

Nothing in this Agreement restricts you from discussing, using, or building on general ideas, concepts, or public-domain knowledge you encounter during coaching. This Agreement is not a non-disclosure agreement protecting Divine Pair's business methods, and it is not a non-compete restricting what you may personally do, learn, teach, or practice afterward. The ownership provision in Section 9 is limited to the specific written/recorded materials provided to you — not to general concepts you learn.

12. Limitation of Liability

This Agreement incorporates by reference the Limitation of Liability (Section 11) and Indemnification (Section 12) provisions of the general Terms of Service, which apply equally to services provided under this Agreement.

13. Relationship to the General Terms

Where this Agreement is silent, the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern. Where this Agreement and the general Terms conflict on a coaching-specific matter (such as refunds for multi-session packages), this Agreement controls for that matter.
