Divine Pair

Matchmaking Services Agreement

Last updated: July 28, 2026

This Matchmaking Services Agreement ("Agreement") supplements, and does not replace, the Divine Pair Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It applies specifically to Divine Pair Matchmaking and the VIP Matchmaking Experience, purchased through Divine Pair (divinepair.life), operated by FalconCore LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Divine Pair," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a matchmaking product, you ("Client," "you") agree to the terms below in addition to the general Terms of Service.

1. No Guarantee of a Match or Outcome

Divine Pair uses a combination of Kabbalah numerology, astrology synastry, AI-assisted analysis, and — depending on the product you purchased — personal review by a human practitioner to identify potential introductions. We do not guarantee that you will be matched, that any introduction will lead to a relationship, or any particular outcome. Matchmaking is inherently uncertain; you are paying for our process and diligence, not for a promised result.

2. Identity Verification (Required for All Matchmaking Clients)

Before we will release any introduction to you or share your profile with another client, you must complete identity verification (currently performed through Stripe Identity, which confirms a government-issued ID and a live selfie match). This applies to every matchmaking product regardless of tier. We will not release a match on either side until both clients have completed this step.

3. Background Check (Required for the VIP Matchmaking Experience)

The VIP Matchmaking Experience additionally requires a criminal history and sex-offender registry background check, conducted through a third-party consumer reporting agency. You will be asked to complete a separate, standalone disclosure and authorization before this check begins, as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state law. That disclosure will explain your rights, including the right to a copy of any report and, where a report affects your eligibility, notice and an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made. We will not release a VIP introduction on either side until this check has cleared for both clients.

4. No International Introductions at This Time

Divine Pair operates in both the United States and Israel, but at this time we do not introduce a client to another client who resides in a different country. Every introduction is between clients residing in the same country. This is a deliberate, current limitation on our matching process, not a promise about who is eligible to become a client — we may revisit it in the future.

Divine Pair is a dating and matchmaking connection service: we introduce clients to one another, and each client independently decides whether to pursue any relationship, meeting, or further contact. We do not arrange marriages, prepare or submit visa or immigration applications, or provide any service on behalf of a client for that purpose.

If Divine Pair ever begins offering introductions between clients in different countries, that change will be made only after legal review, and, to the extent applicable federal or state law requires additional disclosures, background information, or consent before such an introduction or contact information is exchanged, Divine Pair will follow those requirements and you will be asked to separately consent to them at that time.

5. Sharing of Contact Information

Your contact information (email and phone) is never shared with another client automatically. It is shared only after both you and the other client have independently confirmed, through our process, that you wish to be introduced and to exchange contact information. Every other detail we may share about a match (score, first name, age, religion, city, occupation, photo, and similar profile information) is governed by our Privacy Policy and is never expanded beyond what that policy describes without your consent.

6. Onboarding, Verification Period, and Refunds

Your purchase is accepted, and your payment processed, at the time of checkout. However, we will not begin curating or releasing introductions until identity verification (Section 2), any required background check (Section 3), and any additional legal or regulatory review we determine is necessary (Sections 3–4) are complete for you.

If, during this onboarding and verification period, Divine Pair determines that we cannot proceed with your matchmaking service — including because you do not pass identity verification or a required background check, or because of an unresolved legal or regulatory requirement — you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for services not yet delivered. This is in addition to, not instead of, any refund rights described in the general Terms of Service.

7. Meeting Someone You Are Introduced To

Identity verification and, for VIP clients, a background check are meaningful safety steps, but they do not guarantee the safety, honesty, intentions, or suitability of any person introduced to you. You are solely responsible for exercising your own judgment, including when and where to meet, what personal information to share, and whether to continue any relationship that begins through Divine Pair. We strongly encourage meeting in a public place for an initial in-person meeting and telling a friend or family member your plans.

For additional guidance on verifying someone's identity and staying safe when meeting people online, we recommend this online and in-person safety guide, courtesy of Garbo (garbo.io).

8. Ineligibility and Termination

Divine Pair may decline to match you, or discontinue matchmaking services already in progress, at our discretion — including for failing identity verification or a required background check, providing false or materially incomplete information, or engaging in conduct toward another client or a practitioner that we determine is unsafe or abusive. In that case, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any portion of a paid matchmaking service not yet delivered.

9. Limitation of Liability

This Agreement incorporates by reference the Limitation of Liability and Indemnification provisions of the general Terms of Service, which apply equally to services provided under this Agreement.

10. Relationship to the General Terms

Where this Agreement is silent, the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern. Where this Agreement and the general Terms conflict on a matchmaking-specific matter (such as refunds during the onboarding and verification period), this Agreement controls for that matter.
